Corn Meal Pie

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla flavoring

1 1/2 Tbsp cornmeal (self-rising)

1 stick margarine (butter, preferred)

1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar

	  

Beat eggs. Mix cornmeal and sugar. Add to eggs with vinegar, butter, and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake slowly at 325o until a knife inserted comes out clean. About 30 to 40 minutes.
