Raisin-Bread Pudding

2 cups milk
2 cups bread cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten egg yolks
2 cups seedless raisins

Pour milk over cubes. Add brown sugar, salt, butter, vanilla, yolks and raisins. Put in a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Set in pan of water and bake for 50 minutes at 350o. Serve with meringue, cream or whipped cream. Serves 4.
